Gallery history

Timothy Taylor Gallery was founded in 1996 on Bruton Place, Mayfair. In 2003, the gallery moved to a larger space at 24 Dering Street and continued to amass a strong UK and international client base.

In October 2007, Timothy Taylor Gallery opened a new 8000 square foot space in Carlos Place, Mayfair. Located south of Grosvenor Square, the space and offices were designed by Eric Parry Architects. The gallery represents more than 25 established and emerging artists, and continues with an exciting, innovative and high profile programme of exhibitions.

In March 2010, Timothy Taylor Gallery opened The Viewing Room, an additional space in the rear of the main gallery. The Viewing Room will combine solo exhibitions by Timothy Taylor Gallery artists alongside exhibitions introducing artists from the UK and abroad.
